Biography

Tiffany Norte, Armada's CEO, operations officer and one of our primary sailing instructors, is a rare gem in the world of business.  Raised in an entrepreneurial family and trained at the US Coast Guard academy, Tiffany balances imagination with rock-solid business planning & leadership skills.

Tiffany learned small business administration and real estate from her family corporation and personnel management from serving nine years as an officer in the United States Coast Guard.  Known for her ability to “make the impossible happen” and offering a unique blend of military and business sense to any team she works with, Tiffany’s abilities have paved the way for her massive success in both the network marketing and small business fields.  She now shares her knowledge with budding entrepreneurs and spends her time developing leaders of courage and character.  As a vegetarian and triathlete, Tiffany is also especially concerned about women’s long term health issues.  Her latest business venture with Agel Enterprises has enabled her to combine her leadership skills and what she’s learned of wellness to significantly improve the physical and financial health of others.
