This high end 4 day course is only open to graduates of “The Voyage.”  At “The Regatta” you are exposed to the highest levels of force and their responsible use.  Where “The Voyage” is focused on how the team works together, “The Regatta” focuses on how your team interacts with other people, groups and situations.

At “The Voyage” you learned how to work together, now the Armada coaches turn their expertise to your system and how it functions to support each person in your group.  We identify where the gaps are and how
to plug them.

• Information analysis – How to use the information that you already have

2 Days competitive sailing

At The Regatta, Armada maintains our low student/instructor ratio & private ships for you and your people.

• Your own boat – Each individual group that signs up receives their own private ship, which you will use in a race with the other teams!
• An ASA certified instructor, there to work with only your people.

Attendance is for up to four people per ship and is only open to graduates of “The Voyage”.  When you attend, you will receive 2 days of classroom training.  In addition, each team gets its own ship, instructor and coach for an additional 2 days of applied learning through sailing.  This event culminates in a competitive race where students use what they have learned about
team interaction.
