Tropical retreat

The first part of this exclusive program is taught in a one-on-one environment by Armada Training Solutions’ senior instructors Greg Norte and Mary SwiftSwan .  Greg and Mary take you on a 4 day, 3 night tropical sailing cruise.  In addition to getting their undivided attention on your development for a week, those students who desire to continue their sailing beyond Armada can choose to earn their basic Keelboat sailing qualifications (course ASA 101) during this event, at no additional charge!  This course will allow you to charter you own small sailing ships from marinas around the country!  Finally, all room and boarding costs are paid.  All you need to do is show up & bring clothes;
we’ll handle the rest.

One week in your company

After the tropical getaway, one of Armada’s senior coaches will travel you YOUR home site and spend a week working with your business, and only your business, in your natural environment!  The coach will focus on the following:
