As a former counter-terrorism intelligence officer in the US Coast Guard, Greg Norte learned leadership by commanding high risk ship boarding teams and serving on the Coast Guard Pacific Commander's personal intelligence staff. After completing his service, Greg worked with several corporations, improving their bottom line results though proper use of personnel and managers. An in demand coach with several training companies, Greg specializes in persuasive communication and leveraging other people to get what you want.  He provides a unique view of leadership by using the techniques that the Coast Guard trains into its officer corps.
